Tensen offers up to 10 year warranty on all hot runner systems. There is also a 1-3 year warranty for individual systems or components. The more Tensen products you choose, the more protection you get.

Consumable parts, including O-rings, hydraulic seals, gate bushings, hot tips, temperature sensing wires, valve pins, gate covers and other consumable parts are guaranteed free of charge for one year (under the condition of non-man-made damage).
